  Create Notification – [SAP Ref: IW21]. This transaction captures required details for creating a notification. The third page allows the user to record multiple items, the problem with that item and the root cause of the problem.

  Create Order – [SAP Ref: IW31]. This transaction captures required details for creating an order

 Modify Notification – [SAP Ref: IW28]. This transaction allows changes to the required details for creating a notification. The third page allows the user to review multiple items, the problem with that item and the root cause of the problem. In addition, any item / problem / cause combination can be added or deleted.

 Notification Enquiry – [SAP Ref: IW28]. This transaction displays the details of a notification. The third page allows the browse all recorded items by clicking the Back and Next buttons
